1. Most homes can park 2 vehicles in front of them. Some garages are open for guest use and for extra parking. All boats must be parked in the over-flow parking at gated entrance. Vehicles must park in front of home they are staying at. Over-flow parking must be approved by office and still requires a parking pass from office. No RV's or flat bed trailers allowed. All vehicles must be registered at office and must display a parking pass. Anyone not adhering to this will be subject to having their vehicle towed at their expense.

2. There is a no noise policy that is strictly enforced after 10p.m. No loud or obnoxious behavior will be tolerated. Please remember that voices and loud noise carry more at night and will disturb other neighbors. Management will be called to control any loud guests and they will be asked to leave the property immediately if this happens.

3. Pool is for owner and guest use only. Pool hours are displayed on the gate of the pool. An adult must accompany any child under the age of 16.
